How it works
Your ideas deserve a place to grow.
Nodlen is a knowledge environment built around one idea: thinking improves when you can capture freely, connect slowly, and revisit often. Here is how the pieces fit together.
01 — Create a Space
Your Space is your knowledge home
A Space is a private environment where all your thinking lives. Create one for a project, a subject, or anything you want to explore. You can have multiple Spaces — one for work, one for personal interests, whatever fits how you think.
02 — Add Cards
Capture ideas before they slip away
A Card is any unit of thought — a quote, a question, a draft, an observation. Cards are deliberately simple so the barrier to capture is as low as possible. Write it down now; shape it later.
03 — Organise with Atlas
See how ideas connect
Atlas gives you a bird’s-eye view of your Space. As you add Cards, themes and clusters emerge naturally. Use Atlas to navigate, spot relationships, and understand how your thinking is developing over time.
04 — Revisit with Memory
Bring old ideas back at the right moment
Memory surfaces Cards you might have forgotten — ones that are newly relevant to what you are working on now. Ideas gain value by being revisited. Memory makes that happen without extra effort.
05 — Today's Mind
A calm starting point every day
Today’s Mind gives you a grounded view each time you open Nodlen — recent Cards, Memory highlights, and a gentle sense of where you left off. It’s a starting point, not a task list.
