Terms of Service

By accessing or using Nodlen you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Nodlen. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to use Nodlen to store or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights. You also agree not to attempt to circumvent security measures or access others’ data without authorisation.

You retain ownership of content you create in Nodlen. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination you may export your data within 30 days; after that period we may delete it.

To the extent permitted by law, Nodlen’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Nodlen is registered.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
